On stage Nuri is a masked witch doctor, conducting a deep ritual which is a journey into the lost roots of his homeland. Heritage, Tribalism, Organic sounds, melodies, and a pack of emotions.

CONTROLLED VOLTAGE VISION is a machine in the mind of a human. It triggers feelings, samples memories and multiplies reactions. Live stepping sequencers and early electronic devices. To capture this music, it has been recorded trough screaming preamps on dirty tape.

Nyt materiale fra den maskerede heksedoktor Nuri og første koncert på dansk jord fra den tyske electro-nørd CV Vision. En festlig aften med bastung, elektronificeret gnawa og hyldest til analoge synthesizere.

Nuri er en tunesisk producer og percussionist, som nu er bosat i København. Denne aften præsenterer han helt nyt materiale fra sit kommende album.
Han er en af ​​de mest lovende musikere inden for afrikansk futurisme og blander dyb bas og organisk perkussion med polyrytmiske grooves. Tidligere har han delt scene med navne som Clap Clap og Dengue Dengue Dengue, og spillet på Roskilde Festival.
I 2018 udgav han sit debutalbum på Shouka - et label med fokus på både traditionel og mere nutidig elektronisk musik fra Nordafrika. Albummet ''Drup'' er en hyldest til den tunesiske kulturarv og samtidig en bro til andre traditioner fyldt med percussion og vokaler fra hele moderkontinentet, men også fra Asien, kombineret med digital bearbejdning for at udgøre en sammensmeltning af fortid og nutid.
På scenen er Nuri en maskeret heksedoktor, der udfører et dybt ritual - en rejse til de mistede rødder i hans hjemland. Der er altid et særligt fokus på arv, stammekultur, organiske lyde, melodier og en masse følelser i hans musik.

CV Vision er en elektronisk nørd på scenen, som hylder analoge synthesizere og 70'ernes elektroniske miljø. Han gør særligt brug af step-sequencere og andre tidlige elektroniske apparater. For at indfange den ønskede lyd er musikken blevet optaget gennem skrigende forforstærkere på gamle kassettebånd.
